• In-game currency, rewards and items have no real-world monetary value.

• The Game is open worldwide. Employees of Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Group, its subsidiaries, including Kanoo Daily Rental, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
• Employees may play for entertainment only.

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs or using unauthorized software is prohibited.
• The developer may suspend or terminate offending accounts.

• The Game may contain advertisements.
• Optional in-app purchases may be available.
• All purchases are non-refundable.

• The Game is provided 'as is' without warranties.
• The developer is not liable for data loss, device damage or gameplay interruptions.

• The developer may update, modify or discontinue the Game at any time.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

By participating, you consent to Kanoo Daily Rental collecting and processing your name, email, phone number and, where applicable, your photograph for administering the Game, verifying winners, awarding prizes and communicating with you. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

• Winners agree that Kanoo Daily Rental may publish their name, nationality and photograph for announcing the results.
• Identity verification may be required before prize release.

The developer may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

All intellectual property rights in the Game are owned by or licensed to Kanoo Daily Rental. No part may be copied, modified or distributed without prior written consent.

Kanoo Daily Rental is not liable for technical failures beyond its reasonable control and may suspend, modify or cancel the Game if technical issues or fraud affect its operation.

The KDR Racing Game competition runs from August 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Bahrain Time) to December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Bahrain time). The leaderboard will close at the end of this period and no lap times submitted after this point will be considered.

Winners will be determined by fastest lap time recorded on the live leaderboard during the competition period. The top 3 players with the fastest single lap times at the time the leaderboard closes on December 15, 2026 will be declared the winners. In the event of a tie, the player who recorded the fastest lap time first will be given priority.

The prize pool is as follows:

• 1st Place: $5,000
• 2nd Place: $2,500
• 3rd Place: $2,000

Prizes are awarded in cash if participant is residing in Bahrain, or via bank transfer if residing elsewhere. Winners must provide valid proof of identity before any prize is released. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.

The raffle draw runs concurrently with the leaderboard competition from August 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Bahrain Time) to December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Bahrain time). Entries are accepted throughout this period.

To enter the raffle draw, participants must screenshot their lap time, post it on their Instagram Story, and tag @KDRBahrain during the competition period. Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by December 15, 2026.

There will be 5 raffle draw winners, each receiving $100 cash, totaling $500. The same prize eligibility conditions and identity verification requirements apply as per the leaderboard competition prizes above.

بالمشاركة في اللعبة، يوافق المشارك على قيام Kanoo Daily Rental بجمع ومعالجة اسمه وبريده الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفه، وعند الاقتضاء صورته الشخصية، وذلك لأغراض إدارة اللعبة، والتحقق من الفائزين، وتسليم الجوائز، والتواصل معه، وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها وسياسة الخصوصية.

• يوافق الفائزون على أن تقوم Kanoo Daily Rental بنشر أسمائهم وجنسياتهم وصورهم لأغراض الإعلان عن النتائج.
• قد يُطلب التحقق من الهوية قبل تسليم الجائزة.

يجوز للمطور إنهاء حق الوصول إلى اللعبة في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين مملكة البحرين. ويكون للمحاكم المختصة في مملكة البحرين الاختصاص القضائي الحصري للفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو يتعلق بها أو باللعبة.

تعود جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة باللعبة إلى Kanoo Daily Rental أو إلى الجهات المرخصة لها. ولا يجوز نسخ أي جزء منها أو تعديله أو توزيعه دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

لا تتحمل Kanoo Daily Rental المسؤولية عن الأعطال التقنية الخارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة. ويجوز لها تعليق اللعبة أو تعديلها أو إلغاؤها إذا أثرت المشكلات التقنية أو الاحتيال على سيرها.

تستمر مسابقة لعبة KDR Racing Game من 12 أغسطس 2026 الساعة 5:00 مساءً بتوقيت البحرين حتى 15 ديسمبر 2026 الساعة 11:59 مساءً بتوقيت البحرين. سيتم إغلاق لوحة المتصدرين في نهاية هذه المدة، ولن يتم النظر في أي أزمنة اللفات يتم تقديمها بعد ذلك.

سيتم تحديد الفائزين بناءً على أسرع زمن لفة مسجل على لوحة المتصدرين المباشرة خلال مدة المسابقة. سيتم إعلان أعلى 3 لاعبين ترتيباً ممن حققوا أسرع أزمنة لفات فردية عند إغلاق لوحة المتصدرين في 15 ديسمبر 2026 كفائزين. وفي حال التعادل، ستكون الأولوية للاعب الذي سجل أسرع زمن لفة أولاً.

يكون مجموع الجوائز كما يلي:

• المركز الأول: 5,000 دولار أمريكي
• المركز الثاني: 2,500 دولار أمريكي
• المركز الثالث: 2,000 دولار أمريكي

تُمنح الجوائز نقداً إذا كان الفائز مقيماً في البحرين، أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي إذا كان مقيماً في مكان آخر. يجب على الفائزين تقديم إثبات هوية سارٍ قبل صرف أي جائزة. الجوائز غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها بأي بديل آخر.

يجري السحب العشوائي بالتزامن مع مسابقة لوحة المتصدرين من 12 أغسطس 2026 الساعة 5:00 مساءً بتوقيت البحرين حتى 15 ديسمبر 2026 الساعة 11:59 مساءً بتوقيت البحرين. تُقبل المشاركات طوال هذه المدة.

للدخول في السحب العشوائي، يجب على المشاركين التقاط لقطة شاشة لزمن اللفة الخاص بهم، ونشرها على قصة حسابهم في إنستغرام، والإشارة إلى @KDRBahrain خلال مدة المسابقة. سيتم اختيار الفائزين عن طريق سحب عشوائي من جميع المشاركات الصحيحة المستلمة بحلول 15 ديسمبر 2026.

سيكون هناك 5 فائزين في السحب العشوائي، يحصل كل منهم على 100 دولار أمريكي نقداً، بإجمالي 500 دولار أمريكي. تسري المتطلبات ذاتها الخاصة بأهلية الجوائز والتحقق من الهوية المنصوص عليها في جوائز مسابقة لوحة المتصدرين أعلاه.
